Change of Mind

If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, you have up to 30 days from the day of your purchase to return any change of mind purchase for a refund of the price of the items. No questions asked. Just ensure the items are in their original resalable condition as received, unworn and unused.

Please let us know your intention to return the item by emailing or calling us before sending it back to us in the post so we know to look out for your parcel. You are advised to use a reliable postage method; registered post is recommended.

We have the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the order was placed more than 30 days ago or if the returned item is damaged, used and/or without its original packaging.

  • Faulty, Lost, Damaged or Wrong Item Received
    We do our best to ensure that our items are in perfect condition before dispatching them, but mistakes sometimes happen. On a rare occasion that you find that the items sent to you are wrong, faulty, or damaged, please send us an email or give us a call within 7 business days (from the day you receive your parcel), and we will happily provide you with a free replacement or refund.
  • Faulty Item
    We will first try to troubleshoot the problem before determining whether the items must be returned. If the item can’t be fixed, we will gladly send a replacement or make a full refund, including the shipping cost.
  • Lost in Transit
    If you suspect that your item is lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can track it or lodge a report for the loss. We will do our best to retrieve the parcel or send you a replacement.
  • Wrong Item
    If the item you received is packed wrongly - completely different from what you ordered, we will resend the item to your nominated address at no charge. Depending on the item's value, you might not need to return the wrong item to us at all. But if the item needs to be returned, we will send you a postage-paid return label so you can just drop it at any post box.
  • Damaged Item
    If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photograph of the item. We will decide if it needs to be returned depending on the damage or the item's nature. If it does, we will send you a postage-paid return label so you can just drop it off at any post office. You can either get a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping cost.

All returned items will be examined before a refund is made. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items are found not to be faulty or damaged as claimed.

Wrong Size

We suggest that you place a new order for the right size and return the initial item to us for a refund instead of an exchange. You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item back to our warehouse. Also, note that a custom-made item cannot be returned or refunded. So please use the size guide and check the sizes properly when you place your order.

Personal Hygiene Related Products, Custom / Personalised Items

Strictly no refunds for items that are personal hygiene-related, such as socks, undergarments, etc., used or unused. Custom-made/personalised items are non-refundable as well.
