Processing Time
Every item has a processing time. It shows the time frame for us to pack and send the item. For example, if a product says “Processing Time: 2 - 3 days” it means that it will take us 2 - 3 business days to get your order ready e.g: custom printing products. This does not include the delivery period when the item will reach you. The shipping time starts the day the order is dispatched and not the purchase date.
Business Days
If you place an order over the weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched the next business day. Also note “Processing Time”.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard delivery within Australia on all orders over $80. Free delivery is sent via standard registered post. Please allow approximately 2 - 8 business days for delivery, depending on where you are in Australia. For customers in the Northern Territory, regional Western Australia and other parts of rural Australia, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Express Delivery
Orders sent via express delivery may be sent via Australia Post or any other express courier. These areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and other metro areas including NT & WA.
Shipping Carrier
We use Australia Post as our main dispatch carrier. Occasionally, we will also use Star Track, Courier Please, Fastway and other courier companies when necessary. All orders are tracked unless specified.
Peak Season
During peak seasons like Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, shipping times can vary due to the huge number of deliveries from Australia Post and the courier services that we engaged. You might expect some slight delay during these periods. Once the order is sent out from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any delays.
Address
Please ensure that the address details you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a reposting charge of $8.95 for parcels below 1kg. Parcels above 1kg will be quoted separately.
And yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide shipping is not available at the moment. We only deliver to Australian addresses.
